Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Winnings generated from bonus funds become withdrawable Real Money Balance only after the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gameszone Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of gameszone.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits gameszone's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.
gameszone reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon termination for breach, any Real Money Balance in the account may be forfeited at gameszone's discretion, subject to applicable PAGCOR requirements. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact support via live chat and any verified Real Money Balance will be returned via the original payment method subject to KYC verification.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the gameszone Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
